1.1 year free replacements for parts. Please get in touch with us to send you replacements.

2. Or please go to the local bike shop for reparing and we can cover the repairing costs. It will be faster for solving problems.

3.Now We have also improved the package box resistance on drops and bumps. We believe there will be less damages in future orders.

Note: we have two suppliers for tires, CST and CHAOYANG. Please inflate both tires for the first ride.
